Performance Training for Young Athletes

Designed for athletes aged 12 to 18, this program builds the physical foundation necessary for sustained sporting performance. Coach Roshan works closely with each young athlete to develop strength, agility, coordination, and sport-specific conditioning — all within a framework that respects their developmental stage.

Coach Roshan's extensive experience in rehabilitation allows him to develop programs that respect the body's healing timeline while actively rebuilding strength, stability, and confidence in movement. Particular attention is given to the psychological dimension of recovery — rebuilding trust in one's own body.
